Tombquest

Tombquest is a book created by Michael Northrop. Tombquest is a book about a kid named Alex and his best friend Ren. Alex is basically in a coma in the beginning of the book and has a good chance of never awaking. Later in the book He awakes from the coma and finds his mom there next to him. How the plot developed was very frightening for both Ren and Alex. The other even wrote at the top of page 17 "Breathe. Ren could tell something was wrong". After that point everything came so fast to Alex and Ren in one point Alex and Ren were descovering the Egyptian "book of the dead" and the next evil spirits attack the world from the book. After that his mom went missing and there were scorpions terrorizing New York City. I could imagine how stressful and frightening p that was for Alex like imagine you find you mom missing and also it was your fault there is a evil spirt attacking the world.  But after this, Alex and Ren go out on a mission the stop the "evil source" that is attacking the world and also to find Alex's mom.

Cool Careers in Video Games

This is a book about all the different careers you can have that deal with video games. This book explain every job you can have from animators all the way to professional video game players. It is very intresting and very fun to read about all the different kind of careers video games offers. It also very fun to see how the animators do there work. I recommend this book to someone who really likes video games and wants to more about how they are designed and what it takes to be a professional gamer 

2nd quarter goals

The first quarter I did really good. I had mostly 3's and 4's but I did get some 2's. This quarter I want to get all 3's and 4's and no 2's. I also want to push my self in reading and read more than 20 pages a night. This quarter I want to read 25 pages a night. Next quarter I want to read 30 pages a night and in the 4th quarter I want to be read 35 pages every night.

Crossover ends

I loved this book when it finished. It showed the conflict and resolution very clearly and I loved the great detailed words the author used. This book story that is told by poetry. I loved that there was a lot of rhyme in the book. Lastly I also like the different fonts that the story had. It was very exciting mad at times left you in suspense.

The Crossover

This is a book written by Kwame Alexander. The book is about two thirteen twins named Josh (nicknamed "Filthy")  and Jordan Bell (nicknamed JB). They both are really into basketball. The season is going great. Winning every game until a girl moves in to town. JB because her boy friend. 1 day at a basketball game JB asks for the ball so Filthy dribbles to him and fires athe ball at him and it hits JB in the nose sending him to the hospital. JB thinks it's on purpose but it was actually accidental. So JB ignores him for many days and his friendship goes away from Filthy and now it fully with his girlfriend. This is a really good book with some intresting poetry into it. The book is basically a lot of poems tied together to make a story. It is a good story and I would recommend it to almost everyone
